She previously worked on the Georgetown Wet Weather Treatment Station and is currently working on the I-405 Renton to Bellevue Widening and Express Toll Lanes, where she works on fish passages, weekend closures, and monotube sign structures among other things. Amy grew up in the Seattle area, earning her BSCE from University of Washington in 2018. She has been an active member of ASCE for 6 years. At UW, she was the chapter Membership Chair and the Concrete Canoe Financial Lead. For the Seattle YMF, Amy spent 2 years as the Coordinator for the Popsicle Stick Bridge Competition, and is currently serving as the YMF President - the second year of her commitment to the President Track. He has contributed his expertise to both local and international projects, specializing in bridge and marine engineering designs. A proud Seattle native, Tommy grew up in Rainier Beach and completed his master's degree in Structural Engineering at the University of Washington. During his undergraduate studies, he was an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), where he led the UW design team for the ASCE Steel Bridge competition, an enriching experience that saw the team compete at the national level. After a brief hiatus, Tommy has returned to the ASCE and is anticipating contributing to the Society once more. As the lead ITS engineer for the Northwest Region, Matt leads reviews of ITS plans for various WSDOT mega-projects and helps maintain WSDOT's expansive ITS infrastructure, including but not limited to ramp meters, incident detection cameras, variable message signs, and active traffic management gantries. Following graduation from Seattle University, Matt has served in a number of roles with the YMF including Golf Tournament Chair, Networking Chair, Sports and Recreation Chair, and on the Executive Board as the YMF Treasurer. Matt currently serves as the President Elect and is looking forward to serving his presidential term in 2026-2027. In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. She graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2019, and began her career at Stantec in Santa Barbara, before getting tired of the sun and relocating to Seattle in 2023. At AECOM, Vidhi works on large-scale infrastructure projects on the highways team. She has worked with municipalities of all sizes and is passionate about public works and transportation systems. Vidhi was previously the president of ASCE YMF Santa Barbara/Ventura Branch, and has just cycled out of her presidential term in Seattle. She also serves on the Government Relations Committee, where she advocates for infrastructure funding at the state and national level. Throughout his program, he supported key roles in revitalizing record keeping, outreach to sponsors and national society, and strengthening student-industry connections through technical tours and presentations. Seger is a Water/Wastewater Engineer in Training at HDR in Bellevue, WA. Born in Olympia, WA, he is passionate about pump hydraulics, surface hydrology, wastewater treatment, and contributing to many local and distant projects. She loves wastewater and construction! Her work has included construction management and inspection/observation on large wastewater treatment projects including Chambers Creek Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant, the Georgetown Wet Weather Treatment Station, and the West Point Treatment Plant. She has also provided support on various other design and construction projects throughout Washington as well as Oregon, California, and Hawaii. Bobbie has been involved in ASCE since she was a freshman at Seattle University, even becoming President of her student chapter her senior year. Since graduating in 2014, Bobbie has stayed involved with ASCE through the YMF, Section, and Societal level. She has acted as the SU University Coordinator, Executive Forum Chair, Popsicle Stick Bridge Co-Coordinator, Treasurer, President-Elect, President, and Board Representative. Bobbie is also active with the ASCE Construction Institue’s Young Professionals Council as well as the Claims Avoidance and Resolution Committee. Bobbie co-wrote the Drinking Water section of the 2019 Washington State Infrastructure Report Card and was the Outreach Lead during and after its release. In her free time, she loves to bake, take naps, and hang out with her cat Freddy.
