ASCE Seattle Section is excited to introduce a new Mentorship Program designed to connect mentees with experienced professionals in the civil engineering community. This six-month program offers personalized guidance, professional development, networking opportunities, periodic check-ins, and two in-person events to help participants build meaningful and lasting connections.
Mentees will be paired with mentors based on their interests, experience, and professional goals. Mentors will be recruited through the ASCE Seattle Section and Younger Member Forum (YMF) leadership networks, drawing from a diverse group of professionals ranging from early-career engineers to seasoned industry leaders. Together, participants will have the opportunity to share knowledge, expand their networks, and support long-term career growth.
If you're interested in participating, please complete the interest form using the link below. We look forward to helping you connect with fellow professionals and supporting your professional development journey!
